Promoting: Originally designed back in March 1967 with Michael English, this amazing work of art was used to advertise the original UFO club in Tottenham Court rd London and home to many early shows of Pink Floyd.
Pink Floyd were booked for the first two Fridays, and then re-engaged as the club carried on into 1967 after its initial success. Initial events combined live music with light shows, avant garde films and slide shows, and dance troupes..
Hapshash posters were currently on show at the London Barbican Pop Art Exhibition along side the likes of Warhol, Peter Blake and Allen Jones, truly representing a moment in history and a wonderful piece of Psychedelic Art.
Image Size: 30 ins x 40 ins ( 77 cm x 102 cm ) paper size is slightly larger to allow for trimming and mounting etc to frame.
